Flashyrun ("we", "us", "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information when you use our application.
1. Information We Collect
• Account info: Email address, display name, and authentication data when you sign up via email or Google OAuth.
• Usage data: Game scores, flashcard decks you create, study progress, and app preferences.
• Payment info: Processed securely through Stripe. We never store your credit card number directly.
• Uploaded content: Files you upload for AI deck generation (PDFs, images, documents) are processed temporarily and not permanently stored on our servers.
2. How We Use Your Information
• To provide, maintain, and improve Flashyrun.
• To save your flashcard decks and sync them across devices.
• To process payments and manage subscriptions.
• To generate AI-powered flashcards from your uploaded content.
3. Data Storage & Security
Your data is stored securely on Supabase (hosted on AWS). We use Row-Level Security to ensure you can only access your own data. All connections are encrypted via HTTPS/TLS.
4. Third-Party Services
• Supabase: Authentication & database.
• Stripe: Payment processing.
• Anthropic (Claude): AI flashcard generation.
• Google: OAuth sign-in.
5. Your Rights
You can view, edit, or delete your profile data from the Settings page. To request full account deletion, contact us at support@flashyrun.com.
6. Cookies
We use essential cookies/local storage for authentication sessions and app preferences only. No third-party tracking cookies.
7. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. We'll notify you of significant changes through the app.

By using Flashyrun ("the App"), you agree to the following terms.
1. Accounts
You must create an account to use Flashyrun. You're responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 13 years old to use the App.
2. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the App, including: uploading harmful/illegal content, attempting to access other users' data, reverse engineering the App, or using automated tools to abuse our AI generation service.
3. User Content
You retain ownership of flashcard decks and content you create. By uploading files for AI generation, you grant us a temporary license to process them. We do not claim ownership of your content.
4. AI-Generated Content
Flashcards generated by AI are provided "as-is." We do not guarantee accuracy of AI-generated content. You're responsible for reviewing generated flashcards.
5. Subscriptions & Payments
• Free tier: Access to basic features and built-in decks.
• Pro subscription: Billed monthly/annually via Stripe. Cancel anytime from Settings.
• Refunds: Processed on a case-by-case basis. Contact support@flashyrun.com.
6. Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time from the Settings page. You'll retain access to premium features until the end of your current billing period.
7. Service Availability
We strive for high availability but don't guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.
8. Limitation of Liability
Flashyrun is provided "as-is." We are not liable for data loss, service interruptions, or damages arising from use of the App, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Significant changes will be communicated through the App.
