Welcome to Flashyrun. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Flashyrun service, available at flashyrun.com (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Your Account

• You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.
• You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
• You agree to provide accurate information when creating an account.

2. Use of the Service

You may use Flashyrun for personal or educational purposes. You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal activity or in violation of any laws.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems.
• Upload or generate content that is illegal, harmful, or infringing.
• Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit the Service without permission.
• Reverse-engineer or copy any part of the Service.

3. Subscriptions & Payments

• Paid plans are billed through Stripe on a recurring basis (monthly or yearly) at the price shown at purchase.
• You can cancel your subscription at any time from within the app. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
• Unless required by law, payments are non-refundable.
• We may change prices with reasonable advance notice. Price changes do not affect the current billing period.

4. Your Content

You retain ownership of flashcards, decks, and other content you create in Flashyrun ("Your Content"). By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store and process Your Content solely to provide the Service to you.

5. AI-Generated Content

Flashyrun may offer AI-assisted card generation powered by third-party models. AI output may contain inaccuracies. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying AI-generated content before relying on it.

6. Intellectual Property

The Flashyrun name, logo, website, software, and built-in content are owned by us and are protected by copyright and other laws. You may not use them without permission except as necessary to use the Service.

7. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or misuse the Service. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends, though provisions that by nature should survive will remain in effect.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for any particular purpose.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Flashyrun is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill arising out of your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will notify you by email or in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Flashyrun operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
